Import FG Inspections

Create (import) Finished Goods (FG) inspections from an external system.

The request is accepted asynchronously: the API validates and queues the payload and returns 202 with messageExecutionIds that can be used to track processing.

Legacy endpoint: POST /integration-hub/events/v1/ics has the same request/response contract. It remains supported for backward compatibility but is deprecated; new integrations should use this endpoint.
