No matter your business needs, Inspectorio integrates effortlessly with a wide range of commercial and custom PLM and ERP systems. We offer three flexible methods to connect your data:

• REST API Integration: Leverage Inspectorio's REST API to establish a real-time, bidirectional connection between your systems and the platform. Your team implements an API Integration Client on your side to send and receive data programmatically. This method supports the highest level of automation and is ideal for teams with development resources. API keys are configured directly within your Inspectorio account.

• Automated File Transfer: Use a dedicated File Transfer service account provided by Inspectorio to securely exchange data files between your systems and the platform. Your team supplies a Transformation Script that converts data from your PLM or ERP system into a format compatible with Inspectorio before the transfer occurs. This is a great middle-ground option for teams that prefer file-based workflows without manual uploads.

• Direct System File Import: Upload data files directly onto the Inspectorio platform through the File Import feature a quick, suited for one-time or infrequent data loads. Files can originate from an external system and are imported via your Admin Account Owner.

• Webhooks: In addition to polling via the API, Inspectorio supports Webhooks to push real-time event notifications to your systems. Your Webhook listener receives updates automatically whenever relevant events occur in the platform, enabling reactive, event-driven integrations without the need for repeated API calls.

How It All Fits Together

Your PLM or ERP system is the source of truth for your operational data. A Transformation Script you maintain adapts that data into Inspectorio-compatible formats. From there, data flows to the Inspectorio SaaS Platform via one of three channels: the REST API, a File Transfer, or a Direct File Import. Your Admin Account Owner oversees the process and can manually trigger imports or configure API credentials. Webhooks complete the loop by pushing platform events back to your systems in real time.
