Single Sign-On (SSO)

What is SSO?

Single sign-on (SSO) lets your users sign in once with your organization's identity provider (IdP) and access multiple applications, including Inspectorio, without a separate username and password for each one.

Enabling SSO for your organization

To enable SSO with Inspectorio, contact your Customer Success Manager or email [email protected]. Inspectorio will guide you through integrating your IdP.

Setup and testing process

Step	Who	What happens
1	Inspectorio	Creates a separate test environment so your current setup is not affected.
2	You	Create a test user in your IdP and share the user's email address with Inspectorio.
3	Inspectorio	Invites the test user to the test environment.
4	Inspectorio	Provides a file to configure your IdP to recognize the Inspectorio application.
5	You	Import the file into your IdP, complete the configuration, and send it back to Inspectorio.
6	Inspectorio	Sets up the test environment with your IdP configuration.
7	You	Sign in to the test environment with the test user's email. If SSO works, you are redirected to your IdP to sign in, then back to Inspectorio, where you are signed in automatically.
8	You	Share the test results with Inspectorio. If there are issues, Inspectorio troubleshoots and the test is repeated.
