Create a Purchase Order. Body is either Finished Goods (item) or Material PO. Use PurchaseOrderFinishedGoodsPOST for items (packaging_details required). Use PurchaseOrderMaterialPOST for materials (no packaging_details; material_supplier_custom_id optional).
