PO association API now supports linking of POs from different PO owners

The updated PO Association API supports the linking of POs from multiple organizations, allowing brands, retailers, and third-party service providers to link POs issued by different organizations. Enhanced validation rules ensure that only authorized organizations with access to both POs can create or remove associations, maintaining data integrity. This enhancement facilitates more efficient management of PO commitments while improving visibility across all stakeholders.
