Replace a User
PUT/docuflow/Users/:id
Full replacement of a user resource. Updates active status and roles. Always send active explicitly — a PUT that omits active is treated as active: false and deactivates the user. Note: displayName is set at creation time and cannot be changed via PUT. Exactly one role per user is required for Digital Assets Management. Downgrading a non-Visitor user to the Visitor role is not allowed. Email addresses (userName) are immutable post-creation — to change a user's email, delete and re-create.

Invalid request — covers (a) missing required fields, zero roles, multiple roles, or visitor-downgrade attempt; (b) PUT against a non-existent user (the message is User with id: <id> not found; this service maps a missing-user error to 400 rather than 404).
