Retrieve a specific resource type

/ResourceTypes/:name

Individual ResourceType lookup is keyed by an internal resource identifier that is NOT exposed in any API response — the names shown by GET /ResourceTypes (User, UserOrganizationRole) return 404 here. Clients should iterate GET /ResourceTypes and match entries by endpoint instead.
