Returns the SCIM schemas exposed by this service: urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:core:2.0:User (RFC 7643 core User) and urn:ietf:params:scim:schemas:extension:enterprise:2.0:UserOrganizationRole (Inspectorio extension; this URN reuses the IETF enterprise namespace and may be renamed to a vendor-controlled URN in a future release — check GET /Schemas for the canonical URN). Each entry includes attribute definitions with types, mutability, and uniqueness constraints.
