Use the new PO Issue Date field in API integrations

You can now use the new issue_date field in Purchase Order (PO) V3 API to specify when a PO was issued in your system.

Use issue_date in create and update requests, and retrieve it alongside created_date in GET responses for clearer and more consistent PO date information. The existing created_date field remains supported for backward compatibility, but issue_date takes priority when both fields are provided, including when its value is null. Update your API integrations to use issue_date because created_date is deprecated and will be retired in the future.
