CapaCqpSection

CQP non-conformities of an Inline inspection, grouped by inspected Style / Item. The counts cover every Inline CQP of the inspection; products[].cqps[] lists only the CQPs with a failed outcome, which are the ones that carry root cause, corrective and preventive actions.
