LabTestCertificationReadBase

Certifications of one Product. Only the fields active in the Lab Test Form setup are returned, under the field names the Upload/Update API accepts. cpscEfilingReadiness and productRegistryStatus are omitted when not set. certificateFiles does not carry the Storage API fileId: omit certificateFiles on Upload/Update to keep the files as they are.
